NLC - Oklahoma Pkg.
All students and adults attending NLC must register for the Oklahoma FCCLA package. The deadline is May 4th! Cost is $90 and checks should be made payable to Oklahoma FCCLA.
FORMS
All students and adults attending must complete the medical release form and submit it and a copy of their health insurance card by May 20th.
